Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Nano Banana Image (the "service"), including all prompts you submit, images you upload, and images you generate. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that includes:

• Sexual or adult content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind. Any sexual content involving minors — real, fictional, stylized, or AI-generated — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual imagery. Sexualized or intimate depictions of real people without their consent, including "deepfake" or "undressing" edits of photos.
• Child exploitation. Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.
• Violence and gore. Content that glorifies violence, promotes terrorism, or depicts graphic gore intended to shock.
• Hate and harassment. Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Self-harm. Content that promotes or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Illegal activity. Content that facilitates illegal acts, including fraud, counterfeiting, and the production of weapons or controlled substances.
• Deceptive media. Content intended to mislead, including fake news imagery, impersonation of real people, and forged documents.
• Intellectual property infringement. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of any party.

Prohibited Behavior

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, probe, or defeat the service's content moderation systems (including prompt rewording designed to evade filters).
• Use the service's storage as a general-purpose file host, or hotlink uploaded images for use outside the service.
• Use automation to submit prompts or uploads at abusive volume.
• Resell or provide access to the service in a way that strips these protections.

Enforcement

Every prompt is screened before generation, and every uploaded or generated image is screened by automated content moderation. Content that violates this policy is blocked.

Depending on severity and frequency, violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without refund. Where required by law, we report illegal content — including any child sexual abuse material — to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

If you see content generated with our service that violates this policy, please report it to buleskeepyou@gmail.com. Include a link or screenshot where possible.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
